At ZUVYA, we stand behind every formula we ship. If your first order isn't right for you, we'll make it right.
The 30-Day First-Order Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on your first order — whether you purchased a one-month supply or your first subscription shipment. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of delivery, you're eligible for a full refund of the product price to your original payment method.
This guarantee applies once per customer, on the first order only. Subsequent orders are non-refundable but can be paused or cancelled at any time through your account.
Eligibility
To qualify for a refund under our first-order guarantee:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
- The order must be your first ZUVYA order (one-time or subscription)
- The product must be returned to us at the address we provide
- You must email us first to initiate the return — we cannot process refunds for unannounced returns
How to Request a Refund
Email us at [support@zuvya.health] with your order number and a brief note about your experience. We read every message — your feedback directly shapes how we improve the formula and the experience.
Once we confirm eligibility, we'll send you the return address and instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as ZUVYA is not responsible for returns lost in transit. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the package and process your refund to the original payment method within [5–7 business days]. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, this is on us — not you. Email [support@zuvya.health] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, and we'll cover all return shipping if a return is needed.
Subscriptions
Your ZUVYA subscription can be paused, rescheduled, or cancelled at any time through your account, with no fees and no questions. [Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled ship date to avoid that order being processed.]
Cancelling a subscription is separate from a refund request. If you've already received a shipment you'd like refunded, follow the steps above.
What's Not Covered
- Orders beyond the 30-day window
- Second and subsequent orders (refunds apply to the first order only)
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers — ZUVYA is sold exclusively through zuvyahealth.com
- Wholesale, bulk, or B2B orders, which are governed by separate terms
