Cancellation policy


This policy describes how ZUVYA subscriptions work and how to cancel them.

Subscription Terms

When you choose a ZUVYA subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the interval you selected (monthly, by default). Your subscription will continue automatically until you cancel it.

The price, billing frequency, and shipping schedule are confirmed at checkout and included in every order confirmation email.

How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription, email us at support@zuvyahealth.com with your order number and a request to cancel. We'll confirm the cancellation by reply.

There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment.

Cancellation Timing

To stop your next shipment from being processed, your cancellation request must be received at least 48 hours before your next scheduled ship date. Your next ship date is listed in your most recent order confirmation email.

If we receive your request within 48 hours of the next ship date, that order may already be in production and will ship as scheduled. You can still return it under our Refund Policy.

Pausing or Skipping

If you'd like to pause your subscription, skip a shipment, or change the delivery frequency, email support@zuvyahealth.com and we'll take care of it.

Billing

Your payment method is charged automatically on each scheduled ship date. If a charge fails, we will retry over the following days and notify you by email. If payment cannot be processed, your subscription will be paused until your payment method is updated.

Refunds

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically issue a refund for past shipments. For refunds, please see our Refund Policy.
